Ten years of building software around operations — not the other way around.
OneXLogic is the software studio of HSA General Trading LLC (Dubai) and Dlux Automations (Thrissur). We build cloud-native operations software for businesses across the GCC and India — from a single-site clinic to a trading house running four warehouses.
A ten-year arc, told in six moments.
- 2016Founded in Thrissur
Dlux Automations opens its doors in Kerala. Three engineers, one shared idea — software should fit the business, not the other way around.
- 2018First GCC client
A Dammam-based ISP needs a billing and provisioning system no vendor will build. We build it. Smart Manage is born.
- 2020HSA General Trading, Dubai
The GCC book of business grows beyond what a remote team can serve. HSA General Trading LLC incorporates in Dubai.
- 2022Al Khobar + Jeddah offices
Two Saudi offices open to serve clients across the Eastern Province and Hejaz. Thrissur stays the engineering centre.
- 2024Eight systems, four countries
Smart Manage, Smart ERP, Smart Garage and RupeeBooks running in production. Four more in build.
- 2026OneXLogic
The product family moves under one studio brand — the logic layer of your business, built custom, delivered cloud-native.
Four principles. No slogans.
No two businesses in the same sector run the same way. Our systems adapt to the operation we see, not an idealised one.
A founder owns every project from discovery to go-live. Not a sales handoff, not a junior PM.
No servers for you to buy, no rooms to cool. Everything we ship runs on managed infrastructure we operate.
Engineering out of Thrissur. Operations out of Al Khobar and Jeddah. English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic — spoken where it matters.
One studio, two companies, three offices.
Serves clients across Saudi Arabia, UAE and the broader GCC. Offices in Al Khobar (Eastern Province) and Jeddah (Hejaz).
The engineering, design and support centre. Where every system is built, deployed, and run from.

Start with a discovery call.
Forty-five minutes with a founder. No deck, no pitch. We ask about the operation, you ask about us.
